Is this a real, hand-painted original?
Yes. Every ARTMERE piece is a genuine, one-of-a-kind hand-painted original on canvas. These are not prints, reproductions or digital copies. Each painting features real brushstrokes, visible texture and three-dimensional depth that only a hand-painted work can offer.
What materials are used?
Our artists use professional-grade acrylic and oil paints on premium stretched canvas with kiln-dried wooden stretcher bars. All materials are selected for archival quality and lasting vibrancy, so your painting will look beautiful for generations.
How long does it take to receive my painting?
Because each painting is hand-painted to order just for you, please allow approximately 3 weeks from order to delivery. You will receive a tracking number via DHL Express as soon as your painting is on its way.
Can I preview my painting before it ships?
Yes. Before your painting is shipped, we send you a preview photo so you can see the finished piece and confirm you are happy with it. This is our way of ensuring every customer receives exactly what they expect.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your painting, simply contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund, no questions asked.
